About Us

Temporarily Closing

We regret to inform you that Together We'll Do Good, Incorporated will be temporarily closing it's non-profit organization. We do not have an estimated time that we will reopen. As of August 22, 2020 we have suspended all Board Meetings, Events (accept for one), Fundraisers, and Giveaways at this time. On October 4, 2020 we will be having a party for our previous, current, and oncoming members for their appreciation and dedication of their time in this organization. We will also have a speech from our Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary, and Chair of the Board. This party and speech is welcoming the public to come and enjoy some food and listen to what our Chief Executive Officer, Tyler Teachout, has decided to do for the future of this organization. This will take place on October 4, 2020 at Geneva Kiwanis Park at 2:00pm (1400). A MASK MUST BE WORN TO ATTEND THIS EVENT, NO EXCEPTIONS. EVERYONE WILL GO THROUGH COVID-19 SCREENING FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC. This closure is related to COVID-19. It is hard to accomodate anything because of resrcitions set forth by the Federal, State, County, and City.

Re-Opening

Our organization is in a hardship that we are currently trying to get out of. We have re-opened for Board Meetings only on July 14, 2020. Board Meetings take place every month, at least once a month.

We have intentions on re-opening completely on January 21, 2021. A complete re-opening of Together We'll Do Good Inc. consists of Board Meetings, Events, Giveaways, and Fundraisers.

We did partner with the City of Geneva for a Back2School Giveaway. This was thought out by Chief Executive Officer, Tyler Teachout, which felt it would be neccessary to continue with this event as every year.

Upon re-opening, we have required that all members and visitors (that are approved) wear a mask. All chairs for Board Meetings have been placed 6 feet apart from one another. All members and visitors must be screened by answering a questionarie and getting their temperature taken.

If a member has a temperature of 100.4 or more, they will be asked to leave the building, and to not return within 72 hours of non fever.

We do this for the safety of our members, and per our Governor, Mike DeWine. It is critical that we follow all CDC, State, County, and City regulations because we are teen based, and we want none of our members to get sick.

Under our COVID-19 policy, we will require that any member who tests positive for COVID-19 wait the 2 weeks before returning to any Board Meeting, Event, Giveaway, or Fundraiser in the near future.

We as an organization are trying very hard to make a change in the community, but with COVID-19 we are having a difficult time doing so.

All members or oncoming members of Together We'll Do Good Inc. are not required to get the SARS-CoV-2 test. We are following all guidelines of the CDC, State, County, and City regulations.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Tyler Teachout, works at Madison Health Care with no positive cases in employees or residents. He will be tested every 2 weeks per State of Ohio order. If one test comes back positive, and there is a Board Meeting scheudled to happen Together We'll Do Good Inc. will follow through with the Short-Term Emergency Succession Plan. This plan would put our current Secretary, Devon Orsulic, in the position of Acting Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) for the time being.

Under our Emergency Succession Plan, if the current Chief Exectuive Officer does not recover from COVID-19 in a 3 month span, it will turn into a Long-Term Emergency Succession. This would also put our current Secretary, Devon Orsulic, as Acting Chief Executive Officer.

In the event of the death of our current Chief Executive Officer (COVID-19 related or not), all Board Meetings, Events, Fundrisers (Unless active), and Giveaways will be cancelled or postponed for 60 days. Under our Emergency Succession Plan, our current Secretary, Devon Orsulic, would take full responibility as Chief Exectuive Officer.
